St. Edmund Campion Academy is proud to overtly encourage a pro-life, pro-family ethic by making every effort to offer affordable tuition. Since many of our families have several children at the school, Campion adheres to a graded tuition scale. Tuition rates for grades 1-8 for the 2007-08 academic year are $2,700 for the first child, $1,350 for the second child, and just $675 for each additional child. Tuition for the high school is $3000 per student.
This is much less than most Catholic and private schools throughout the Tri-State area (or anywhere, for that matter!). Even in most diocesan schools throughout the country, half-price tuition breaks for siblings is quite rare. There is, of course, a drawback to keeping our tuition fees low: tuition covers only 60% of our operating expenses, which means we must raise at least an additional $65,000 each year. As an independent, private school without public support form taxes or financial assistance from a parish or diocese, Campion Academy relies heavily on the generosity of individuals who want to be a part of our mission. Our goal with this appeal is to raise $65,000 in order to meet our expenses for the 2007-08 academic year.
The education of children is truly a spiritual work of mercy; there is no cause more noble! Please consider helping Campion Academy. Your generosity would be of great service to many children, and will no doubt be received well in Heaven above!
